PRINTING TERMS & CONDITIONS
We offer quality printing services to individuals and companies under below terms & conditions.
- Clients must approve and sign artwork before final printing is done
- No refund or reprinting of artwork is done due to clients’ mistake of not properly approving the artwork after final printing is done. If the client request for printing for the second time, then full amount cost of printing must be paid.
- Artworks must be approved early in advance to create enough time for printing
- 50% deposit must be paid before printing works starts and full balance to be paid when picking the print work.
- Clients must follow T-shirt washing instructions to avoid spoiling printed t-shirts
- Clients must approve t-shirts colors and sizes correctly to avoid errors
- Clients must take good time to count number of T-shirts and other products on collection and sign collection form for approval.
- Baobab printers’ wil not be responsible for lost items along the way through parcel companies. If printed items happen to get lost along the way through parcel companies then the client will have to contact parcel companies for refund, this is only possible by proof of official receipt. We recommend you use well established parcel companies like Easy Coach which guarantees safety to parcels.
- We only work from 8.00 in the morning and closes at 6.30 in the evening. If you have urgent printing works, we may go an extra mile to work overnight at an extra cost.
- Clients must understand that t-shirts are available in different categories and must be verified by client to a void complains. T-shirts are available in light weight, heavy weight and extra heavy weight
- Companies printing t-shirts for staffs must send us official email indicating different sizes for all staffs. We will send you 5 different sizes of tshirts for your staffs to measure sizes to ensure they all get the right sizes before final printing of t-shirts is done
